Why is there a booking fee on an event?
For a paid event, intensive or workshop, a DanceConnect booking fee of 2.9% + €0.50 (€3 maximum) is added to the ticket price. There is none on classes, passes or subscriptions.

DanceConnect is paid through fees on online payments. Depending on what you buy, they are paid by the studio or by you.
On an event
At checkout, the summary shows the DanceConnect booking fee line, on top of the ticket price: 2.9% of the amount plus €0.50, up to €3 per payment. The organizer receives the full ticket price. This fee is non-refundable: in case of a refund, only the ticket price is returned to you.
On a class, a pass or a subscription
No fee is added: you pay exactly the price shown, including for an event pass. Any fees are paid by the studio. A free booking never includes a fee.
