How do I enable ticketing?
Two steps from your studio space: accept the DanceConnect fees, then connect your Stripe payment account to receive payments. Ticketing is included in the Free plan, with no subscription.
How do I put a class or an event on sale?
Once ticketing is enabled, set the number of spots and the price when you create a class or an event, or later from the Planning tab.
DanceConnect fees: who pays what?
DanceConnect fees only apply to payments made online. On a class, a pass or a subscription: 2.5% + €0.25, paid by the studio. On an event ticket: 2.9% + €0.50 (€3 maximum), paid by the buyer.
When and how do I get paid?
Each payment is collected by Stripe, which pays the amount out to you, after the payment processing fee for classes and plans. Your net revenue for the month is shown on your Dashboard.
